| Abstract: | This survey was carried out on January-February 2010 in the Interdepartmental Biology and Envirnmental Sciences Library. It enquired about services and ideas for improvement through semi-structured interviews and focus groups. Library users such as students and academic staff belonging to four University Departments were inquired about satisfaction and proposals.This presentation includes also 2012 subscriptions data. |
